The NSight© is an extensively validated, business-oriented human resources assessment instrument that measures a person's work-related characteristics and helps identify the right people for specific jobs. By matching people with jobs, the NSight© helps people make the right career choices so that they may find success and satisfaction in their workplace. Through the use of the NSight©, individuals can avoid working at jobs where they may be potentially uncomfortable, unhappy and prone to failure.

Our most popular NSight© package is the NSight© Aptitude and Personality Questionnaire (NAPQ). The NAPQ measures three aspects of aptitude (verbal reasoning/comprehension, numerical reasoning and word knowledge), one dimension of achievement (visual perception) and nineteen personality characteristics. The personality characteristics break down into the following six sub-topics: Decision Making/Problem Solving Skills, Drives, Stress, Interpersonal Communications, Leadership, Commitment/Persistence. The investment per individual assessment that entails an 11-page analysis supported by a comprehensive telephone consultation detailing the results of NAPQ in relationship to the position under review is $168. The NSight© Personality Questionnaire (NPQ) is for those who wish to assess the 19 job related personality traits only. These nineteen personality characteristics break down into the following six sub-topics: Decision Making/Problem Solving Skills, Drives, Stress, Interpersonal Communications, Leadership, Commitment/Persistence. This service includes a 9-page analysis detailing the results on NPQ. The investment per individual assessment is $138. The NSight© Positive Impressions Questionnaire (NPIQ) is an untimed assessment presenting 50 multiple-choice questions that measure traits to define the type of impression you make on others. Topics involving Self-Perception, Emotional Identification, Synergy, Communication Style and Reliability are highlighted in a 5-6 page analysis of the results. The investment per individual assessment is $69, however quantity pricing that can be viewed by clicking on Register greatly enhances affordability.

The chief architect of the NSight© is Dr. Stephen Overcash, Consulting and Clinical Psychologist for Directional Insight International, Inc. Dr. Overcash is a licensed Psychologist, who has maintained a full service private practice in Clinical Psychology as well as serving as a consultant in business for over 25 years. In addition, he is a lecturer, author, and a former Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Penn State University.

Penny Reynolds is the founder and president of Texas-based Directional Insight International, Inc., publisher of the widely used NSight Aptitude/Personality Assessment. In addition to her expertise in the hiring process, Penny possesses a wealth of personal experience in the sales arena. The evaluation and selection of successful sales personnel is her specialty. For over twenty-five years, she has been actively involved in multiple facets of the assessment industry; including conducting seminars, writing manuals and providing individualized consulting for a variety of businesses. Many corporations benefit from her expertise as she assists them in hiring, promoting, training and retaining a competent work force. Penny participated in the design of the NSight©.
